As the new site for NWSCC is coming closer to the launch it's time to start looking for anyone with a passion for cars to secure a spot as a featured writer/media etc..

There is a section dedicated to articles submitted by individuals and this will be linked from every registered users menu.

Anyone who is interested can contact me directly at: phil@nwscc.co.uk

If possible please submit an article along with your email so that I can see exactly what you do.

The system is up and running right now so any individuals who fit the bill can start uploading articles before the site goes live on launch day.

Do you have a style guide or any editorial guidelines?

The editorial input will be dealt totally server side. the styles etc are all built in.

A little like when adding a post to this forum, you type in your info, add images where required and format the text using standard HTML or by using the icons provided.

The new site editorial is a LOT more thorough than forum software, so you can lay it out just how you want.

As for Editorial guidelines.. Anything interesting to Car enthusiasts with an emphasis on sports, Custom and Super cars.

It'd be good if we can generate a group of people who want to submit their own work rather than copying industry news releases.

We already have a great RSS section for industry news.

Anyone wanting more info can catch up with at any of the meets / gatherings.

Are you favouring a particular tone or can writers adopt their own?

I think variety is the spice of life :-)

Artistic freedom is a good thing.
