Good afternoon,
I am one of the organisers of Pendle Powerfest, an all vehicle show on the 24th May in Barrowford, Lancashire.
We are contacting local enthusiasts to invite them to bring along their amazing vehicles and be part of what is looking to be a very popular event.
Some of our show highlights include:· A never been shown before Lotus Esprit S1 that belonged to Colin Chapman, restored over 12 years, and due to feature as a front page story in Practical Classics Magazine in May.

· A 1980s Group B Metro 6R4 owned by Tony Pond plus a selection of other Classic Rally Cars.

· The official supplier to David Hasselhoff will be bringing a KITT Knight Rider Trans-Am and CHAPs Police car.

· We have secured the attendance of Mike Newman who holds the blind land speed record for a motorbike, car and boat as well as being the only blind man to travel at over 200mph unaided plus his charity Speed of Sound, helping disabled people experience the thrill of driving.

· A range of stalls from local businesses and charities including A LEGO Sculptor, An Airbrush Artist, Pendle Mountain Rescue and Pendle Slot Car Racing.

· Vintage bus rides (with fundraising for Pendleside Hospice) through the surrounding countryside

· Motorsport section with Off Road, Stock Cars, Hill Climbers and more.

· Super, Classic and Vintage car and bike displays with entries from local and national clubs including the Ferrari Owners Club.

· Children’s entertainment as well as Archery and Food Vendors.

For more information our website is http://www.pendlepowerfest.com
We also have a Facebook page and twitter account @pendlepowerfest.

If you are interested please get in touch as places are limited.

Thanks

Shame about the date for me as it also falls on our monthly meet date.

I haven't missed a date in over 4 years since I started PSCM, so I can't miss one now :-/

Would there be an option for some of our members arriving late and having a small parking area reserved?

That way those who wish to attend the monthly meet can then head over after.

We could potentially do that, depending on how late you are talking. The show should be very busy but if I could get a commitment of numbers and a time we can do our best to accommodate you.
